Hi, I'm Karla.
I stitch each scrunchie and pouch by hand in Holden, Massachusetts — one loop at a time, with soft cotton yarns and a lot of patience. Every piece is small-batch, one-of-a-kind, and made to feel a little bit like a hug for your hair.

If Etsy hasn't posted a tracking number, your order is likely still in the made-to-order processing window (up to 1 week). Tracking is created only once your piece is finished and handed to USPS. Etsy says my order is delivered, but I don't have it — what now?
USPS sometimes marks a package "delivered" a day or two before it arrives, or leaves it with a neighbor. Check around your property and with household members, wait 1–2 business days, and if it's still missing, message Karla on Etsy with your order number so I can open a USPS inquiry — see the full step-by-step checklist.
